Early termination of lease

I consulted Layer Lippes through ISB regarding the early lease termination (ahead of time) that was caused by the long-lasting-but-never-solved horrible black ant issue in the apartment. Lawyer Lippes provided very helpful advice which pushed the landlord to agree on the early termination of the leas...e (Before I got the advice, I had been in a two-month discussion with the landlord but my efforts turned out in vain). Car Accident Case

I hired Mr. Joshua Lippes after I was injured in a car accident. I was referred to him by a family friend for a previous problem. So, I decided to hire him for this. He was able to negotiate a settlement of the case without filing a lawsuit and even reduced his fee by 50%. He said that it was only fa...ir to offer the reduced rate, which I was thrilled about. DWI Charge

I hired Josh to help fight a DWI charge and he did an amazing job. He managed to lower it to a lesser violation so that now I don't have a criminal record. Throughout the entire process he was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and did everything in his power to make sure that I didn't get convicted. I ...would 100% recommend him!!

I met Mr. Lippes through the University at Buffalo's Student Legal Services office. I found him to be informative and hired him to represent me for a DWI. I was very happy with the outcome, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer.
