Attorney Lippes was excellent!

I am a normal 18-year old and naive college student who had never got in trouble with big authorities or the legal system before. I am a pre-health student, hoping to be a doctor. After using a friend's student ID to purchase food (I lost mine at the time), I was accused of a felony of using someon...e's credit card---which was not true at all considering I didn't even touch anyone else's credit card in my life. In return, I lost my resident advisor job as well as my chance to be a student assistant teacher. Attorney Lippes was recommended to me by a school staff member. He was open to questions, explained the processes I needed to go through, easy to talk to, and overall a great attorney. I was frightened for my future because of this felony accusation, but Attorney Lippes was great to talk to and handled my situation very well. In the end, my wrongly accused felony turned into an ACD (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal---basically a dismissed and locked case as long as I didn't do anything wrong in the next 6 months) with 50 hours of community service, an essay, and nothing on my permanent record.

Car Accident

I hired Mr. Lippes after I was involved in a car accident. He explained the NY car accident law to me and informed me of my legal options. I appreciated how informative and attentive to my concerns. We ended up settling the case, I was very very happy with the outcome. Thanks

Great Attorney!

I recently hired Joshua Lippes after consulting with him via my school's legal services. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I was comfortable talking to him. I was always able to reach him and get answers to my many questions. He took the time to explain case and all of the possible o...utcomes. In the end, I was able to get the best possible result. I would definitely recommend him!

Excellent Experience / Real Estate Closing

excellent lawyer! always seeks to help the client, gives sound advice

In my own life, I have encountered many lawyers, and many lawyers are always after the bottom line---which is to get paid over more so than getting quality service provided to the client. Joshua is better than that. He articulated clearly to me within 30 minutes where I was being taken advantage of b...y my landlord, and also listed step by step what I can do to avoid exploitation by them. His sound advice helped me quite a bit when I followed it step by step as he directed, and my landlord isn't looking to exploit me anymore. He is extremely thorough in his reasoning, and explaining that reasoning to me. He is logistically a great choice, and if I had to choose a legal advisor for the future, he is the one I'd go to for help without a doubt, because he has my best interest at heart, over making money for himself.
