Subject Matter expert on traffic related legal counsel

Mr Kuzma is an excellent attorney who is not only knowledgeable but is pretty well adept in terms of providing the right counsel and strategy that needs to be applied for the respective case matter. I consulted with him regarding a traffic violation for which he provided a very coherent and discreet ...guidance which was like "hitting the nail on the head". He knows the ins and outs of areas he practices. I was pretty worried about my case and consulted the best lawyers from avvo and other sites until I stumbled upon the "bestest". He is very polite and reasonable (in every way) as compared to many others that I spoke to and consulted . He is hands down an exceptional subject matter expert!

Michael Kuzma is an Excellent Lawyer

I am in two Human Rights organizations in which Michael Kuzma is or was the Legal Representative. The first was SOA Watch, a prestigious human rights group that advocates for human rights in Latin America. SOA Watch holds massive events, in which permits and community appeasement is a key function.... Mr. Kuzma was the legal negotiator in some of these events. Both the community and the event planners were happy with his work, all parties agreed with the parameters set by the negotiations. I am in the Leonard Peltier Defense Committee. Mr. Kumza is Leonard Peltier's Freedom Of Information Act Lawyer. The LPDC and Mr. Kuzma has worked tirelessly to get all the evidence that the government claims is lost concerning Mr. Peltier's case. Mr. Kuzma's determination in getting all the files on Mr. Peltier has lead to discoveries of files that a lax investigation would not have uncovered. Mr. Kuzma is an expert in FOIA. His work is impeccable, all the tee's get crossed, all the i s get dotted. I was arrested for transporting cannabis, a federal crime. Mr. Kuzma gave me invaluable legal advice in both the court case and in dealing with prison regulations. He helped me get through one of the toughest times of my life. I am also part of a support group for another one of Mr. Kuzma's clients This client is being harassed by the FBI. Mr. Kuzma is a fearless attorney, who goes all out to defend his clients.

A Skilled Ally to Social Justice

Kuzma is a hard working, diligent attorney, motivated by his passion for social justice. He's very knowledgeable and experienced on Freedom of Information law on the federal and state levels, as well as many other areas of the law that those working for social justice may find essential or useful. ...From my experiences, he's very skilled in legal strategy and research, in which many lawyers tend to fall short, and has been a real blessing to myself and a number of others who have faced politically-motivated criminal charges, state repression, police brutality, unjust incarceration, and a number of lesser legal hassles. Not to mention that he gives a great speech when the time calls for it.
