Topnotch-- Helpful and professional

I got a speeding ticket while passing through a work zone in Buffalo. I was worried about this, and found and hired Michael Kuzma to plead it for me. He was wonderful, texting me often with information and updates. He is extremely knowledgeable about the courts and a great person to have on your side.... My ticket was reduced to a parking ticket and his fee was reasonable. I'm so glad I found him.

Worth Every Penny!

I hired Mr. Kuzma to help me get the best possible result in my case, and I was very satisfied with the job he did. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. My particular case was for an unusually severe speeding ticket, and if found guilty of what the ticket was w...ritten for I could have lost my license and even spent time in jail. I knew from experience that speeding tickets of only 10-15 over typically got reduced to a parking ticket or two even without an attorney, but with the far more severe charges I was facing this time around I decided to seek council. After a free consultation, I chose to go with Mr. Kuzma because his fee was far more reasonable than the other two guys that I spoke to, and he had a lot of seemingly-legitimate, positive reviews on both google and avvo; in retrospect, I'm very glad I did. He was able to talk the town prosecutor into offering me a plea bargain of just 11 mph over, which is only 4 points on my license and a hefty fine. That may not sound great, but given my circumstances I was genuinely expecting 6-10 points, mandatory driving-risk-reduction school, and an even heftier fine. The judge (reluctantly) accepted the prosecutors offer, and I was able to avoid the driver responsibility assessment fee that is incurred at 6 or more points. Michael Kuzma was a pleasure to work with, easy to speak to, and got me as good of a result as I could have reasonably hoped for, all for what I felt was a very reasonable fee. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney for a vehicle & traffic law issue.

Great to work with!

Mr. Kuzma is not only a great lawyer, he is a great man. Mr. Kuzma was extremely professional and helpful. He was very easy to communicate with through email, phone, and text. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. Mr. Kuzma was able to drop my speeding ticket to a parking ticket and I am v...ery thankful. I would highly recommend!

Highly Recommended

I first reached out to Michael due to a serious speeding ticket, he answered immediately just as he did throughout the whole process. Whether it was by phone or email, Michael was always quick to answer any questions. He is very well educated in the field and did a great job explaining to me the deta...ils of our case. Very informative, supportive and courteous....HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hired Mr Kuzma after FREE consultancy with him. He explained me all the details, and stayed in touch with me assisting at every step throughout the whole time until the case was taken care of.
