Terminated employee

We met with Liza and she was upfront and honest. no guarantees with my termination. We discussed the options if we did not get a positive response from my ex employer. Our decision was to hire Liza she was prompt in her follow up. Sometimes in an email and other times with a phone call. She... did get me some extra severance which I was grateful for. it is a tough thing to be terminated without good reason. she helped ease that financial tension. give her a call for a consultation. what do you have to lose. thank you Liza

Wasn't Proactive

Liza took our wrongful termination case telling us she came from the corporate arena and knew what to say to get things done. Unfortunately, she was more reactive than proactive. Sent a few form letters; didn't fight for us at all. We wound up having to file our own suit with the Department of Lab...or. When that response was less than favorable, she said we could continue to pursue but it would take time and more money on top of what we already paid her. Wound up with less than nothing since we had to pay her fees and got zero compensation. When asked at the beginning what the chances were of ending up with nothing her response was, "that hardly every happens...slim chance". She will not fight for you!

I am sorry for the bad experience you had; but I can advise that I have not had a client with the name "Jane" in the last few years. If you are the spouse or significant other of a client that I worked with directly then, due to the confidential nature of my relationship with my client, you may be unaware of all of the negotiations, paperwork, e-mails, and conversations I generally have with, and on behalf, of each client. I can advise that your experience is very atypical of my client's experience as I work closely with each client. Please contract me directly to address your specific concerns.

Very Professional and Responsive

I contacted Liza to assist with my separation severance package. She was very professional and super responsive to all my request. Liza was very assiduous and consistent will handling my case and she negotiated a new severance with my previous employer. I would not have had the same outcome if I h...adn't hired Liza. I received a very positive outcome to my case. I would highly recommend Liza, she provided clear and concise communications throughout the entire process. Thank you.

Amazing Lawyer! Truly gifted and hard working.

Elizabeth Tommaney is an extraordinary lawyer. She walked me through a process that was extremely difficult and traumatic. She was knowledgeable and helped me to understand every step of the legal or process. She was supportive of my emotional and psychological distress and she treated me and my fami...ly with the utmost respect and kindness. She was honest and genuine; I always knew what was going on in the case and she answered my questions clearly and swiftly. I trust Elizabeth unconditionally. She is assertive and I always knew that she was working on my behalf. I trusted that, if we went to trial that she would fight and was willing to fight on my behalf. Elizabeth was also very responsive to my calls and concerns and acted very swiftly in my best interest. She is extremely intelligent, experienced and well versed in the he law. I could not have persevered process if it was not for Elizabeth. She is truly amazing at what she does. I am lucky to have found such a fine lawyer.
