I am an out of state driver who received a speeding ticket in NY on I90. I was pulled over for driving 75 on 55. The speed limit literally dropped from 75 to 55 and the cop was right behind the sign. i was issued speeding ticked and i was asked to appear in court or pay the fine and 4 point will be a...ssessed to my driving record. Having no point in my driving record, paying the fine was not an option for me. I contacted a few area lawyers and most of them were too pushy to have me mail IN $300 fee for their services. upon checking their online review however, it was not as squeaky clean as Nikole's. I thought to my self, i bet she charges tons of money with this kind of review. then i said, what the heck, give her a call and see what happen, won't cost me anything. I called her and left a voice message to call me back. she called promptly. after explaining my situation, she explained to me what I was facing (4 points and over $400 in fine), she assured me that if doesn't get the ticket dismissed entirely, she will do her best to get it reduced at least to a parking ticket. so long as she get the point waived, i was ready to pay the fine. after i sent her a copy of the speeding ticket, my information and fee (a lot less what the other lawyers chanrge) she told me that she will file with the court and talk to the prosecutor. she estimated a few weeks to get back to me. in teh meantime, to call her if i needed anything. after just two weeks, she emailed me with the news. she did not only reduced the speeding to a parking ticket but the fee for the parking tickets was almost laughable. i just could not believe what i saw. she did not only save myself form 4 points and higher insurance premium but also saved me a few hundreds of $$$ in legal and court fees. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends. SHE IS AN AMAZING LAWYER!!
