I limit my practice to a small number of cases. This is and has been my practice for most of my career.
This probably doesn’t make sense to you. But it will if you think about it. Concentrating on a small number of meritorious cases allows me to spend more time on each client’s case, and gives my clients the attention and communication they need. And emotionally, to win cases you have to live them, and there is only so much of you to give.
But enough about me. Let’s talk about you.
Like most people, you may have questions about personal injury lawsuits, what is medical malpractice, how do lawyers get paid, how long does a lawsuit take, and things like that. So whether I take your case or not, I would be pleased to answer your questions on these topics. Just call me at (518) 489-1098. If I am in court my very capable office staff will speak with you and get the message to me so that I can get back to you promptly.
If you like to read – and I hope that you do – and you want to know how lawyers select cases and what they look for when reviewing cases, email me at [email protected] I will send you a free chapter of a book that I write for attorneys of the New York State Bar Association on this topic. There are also chapters on medical malpractice, automobile crashes and injuries, what clients should bring to their meeting with an attorney, how cases are settled when an infant is injured, or someone dies, how a lawsuit works, and many others. Email me and I will send you a free chapter on the topic of interest.
If you or a family member are hospitalized and want to know how to best communicate with the doctors in charge of your care in the hospital and who the players are, email me at [email protected] and I will send my free newsletter explaining this.
If you have a loved one that is using a hospital bed or a bed of any type with a bedrail, and you have questions about the risks of bedrails, email me at [email protected] and I will send you my free newsletter about those risks and what you can do to protect your family.
