The team of William Sterbinsky and Ryan Dell have been working on my VA disability case, and they have gone above and beyond to fight for my highest possible VA disability compensation. I am equally impressed with the team of Sharmila Suriyasena and Elizabeth Perez in their diligent handling of my Social Security disability case. They filed all claims and appeals paperwork in a timely manner, followed up often with the SSA to check the status, and provided me detailed guidance on the paperwork and appointments I needed to complete. I couldn't imagine navigating these bureaucracies without the help of the dedicated professionals I named above. Everybody I communicated with at this law firm has been responsive, and patiently and politely answered my many questions. I feel like they are handling my cases with compassion and integrity. I am limited to 4000 words for this review and it would never do the Alex Dell Law firm justice. I hired the Alex Dell Law Firm in 2015 to handle 3 very complex and intertwined cases. Mr. Dells attorneys conducted a free case analysis and found 2 additional cases that I had never been compensated for...!. We settled 3 out of the 5 cases for nearly six figures and I was awarded lifetime indemnity payments for the others. Additionally, the Dell Law Firm also handled my Social Security Disability case with ease and had my application approved in under 8 months after initially being denied. My cases we against a large city in upstate NY ( With the NASTIEST lawyers and insurance carrier on the market) and a hospital. Mr Dells attorneys made quick work of them in the courtroom because they were prepared and had the facts, the law and the truth on their side. I would be negligent not to mention the paralegals and support staff that operate behind the scenes but are there for you at a moments notice. My assigned paralegal always answers my emails or phone calls within 24 hours and often times several minutes! . It makes me feel that I am the Dell Law Firms only client and EVERYONE is working for me. In my humble opinion Mr. Dell and his group of attorneys are ALL AV-1 rated lawyers in the field of workers compensation and social security disability.
