I was referred to the Law Firm of Alex Dell by a former satisfied client. I needed representation to appeal a denied SSD Claim. Not only was I successfully represented and won the claim on appeal (retroactive), but the Firm identified a possible Worker’s Compensation Claim. I was going through a v...ery difficult time and feeling alone and confused in my troubles. Nicholas Fusco, an Attorney with the Firm, worked with me regarding the WC Claim possibility. It was not an easy case. Moving forward, I felt supported and understood. Throughout the proceedings, Mr. Fusco returned all of my calls/e-mails, helped me to understand the process, appeared clearly capable, and was a gentleman. He represented my case with clarity and integrity. Following a number of depositions/hearings, Mr. Fusco was required to present the Judge with a Summative Memorandum. It was remarkable, and to the Judge, undeniable. We also won this Claim (retroactive). No Attorney can guarantee an outcome, but I trusted and felt assured that I was in competent and caring hands. The firm is very personable. Alex Dell told me I would have his personal attention but the case was given to another lawyer, then when we went into the office to ask if that lawyer would stay with the case, we were assured he would but on the final hearing, someone else that we never heard of took t...he hearing. It should not matter but it does matter who handles the case because my information through the years got lost, the most up to date information was NOT submitted to providers, I went to IMEs where multiple doctors said they had no information about my injuries nor my case. Phone calls that go to staff go unreturned or to voicemail. At one point the firm blamed a new computer system for losing my case files. I have a legit WC injury and through the work of this firm... I don't know why it took me so long to leave this firm. Ten years, not a single reimbursement. The most memorable moments of working with this firm was having to find medical help, I had to call the other parties' law firm for advice. I feel I got more information from the WCB Board Advocate than I ever received from this firm.

I'm more than dissatisfied with my case. I asked details of my case through every step of appeals and just vague on why it was denied. That is 1/4 the reason I will not do business with them again. 3/4 of the reason was because the horrible paralegal Wendy that i was assigned. First start, she talked... down to me like I was an idiot when I asked questions. Also when I asked about appeals and things the lawyer and I discussed, she argued with me saying I was wrong and didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She told me opposite information on my case than what me lawyer and I talked about. Last straw was I called her to see if I should fill out form from insurance carrier sent to me in the mail, she said yes and drop it off at Alex Dell to get notarized and the law office will look it over and send it out. I did what she said, later it was used against me which i don't have as much issue with it, but then to question me the next time I called her saying why didn't I check with her before sending it out and I shouldn't of done that. I told her I did what she said and was sent out from your office, she said I'm gravely mistaken and wasn't going to argue. That burned me deeply since I trusted this law office for guidance on my case then turn and blame me for wrong turns in the case. Due to the paralegal Wendy being wrong on advice and case details, unprofessional, and taking forever to call back, My brother also has a case within law firm and has the same gripes with Wendy arguing with him and telling him wrong details of case. We both will not be using this law firm again mainly because of the paralegal. Wendy doesn't do any service for this firm with her attitude and ineptitude of the cases she handles.

sorry i used them for my social security disability. in dec 2016 a guy there took my case. a month later he left the practice . on chance i called several months later to see how it was going and found out my file was in a drawer sitting and my case was not even started. i was livid but they asked fo...r a second chance. so sorry i gave it to them. called today to check on status and was told people have cancer and other serious issues. WOW! what a statement to make to a client, especially after the first time they let my case sit so long.
