I was referred to Alex Dell by a co worker several years ago in regard to a workers comp case. Alex from day one went above & beyond for me. He looked into all my past cases as well as the current case and was able to close an old knee case I was not aware was even unsettled!! He researched attorneys... to represent me in a malpractice suit for which he had no claim in. Because of this I was awarded a large settlement for that case. He has represented me ( as well as George ) in several complicated workers comp cases over several years and in the end they were able to settle all of my cases to more than my satisfaction! His office staff is always professions and courteous and they also go above and beyond !! His office was also able to get me SSD benefits in a timely manner. I hired this firm to handle my WCB case. Contrary to to the website claims, I never met or discussed my case with anyone from the firm. Phone calls were not returned. I showed up at the hearing woefully unprepared. I was never advised if I should have witnesses. I was never asked what documentation I... had to support my claim. I lost my claim due to this firms failure of due diligence.
