Alex Cord Dell

I hired Alex Dells law firm for a workers compensation case. Alex met with me initially to sign the retainer agreement and then I never saw him again. I was forced to deal with young adult paralegals for my case. When I made calls, I received no calls back. I’d hear from some young kid attorney the n...ight before a hearing to provide me there name and let me know they would be there to represent me. Typically at those hearings much harm would have happened due to Alex Dells office not having what they needed or being prepared. I constantly had to clean up their mess at these times so that I wasn’t harmed in my case. Is Alex out getting more cases and filling his pockets or is he working on the many cases they seem to have? Do not hire this firm.

sorry i used them for my social security disability. in dec 2016 a guy there took my case. a month later he left the practice . on chance i called several months later to see how it was going and found out my file was in a drawer sitting and my case was not even started. i was livid but they asked fo...r a second chance. so sorry i gave it to them. called today to check on status and was told people have cancer and other serious issues. WOW! what a statement to make to a client, especially after the first time they let my case sit so long.

Hired this law firm due to a workers comp injury. I have never met ANYONE in person and phone calls go unanswered constantly. It's been 16 months since my injury and I have YET to set foot in his office let alone a workers comp hearing! I haven't even gotten a IME yet for god sakes! I would say sta...y away from these lawyers but I have never met one in person! It's ridiculous. To the point if I dint hear something soon, I will be switching attorneys. Maybe to one who WILL do something on my case? I strongly advise anyone to look else where for legal help. This law firm is horrible!
