I was referred to the Law Firm of Alex Dell by a former satisfied client. I needed representation to appeal a denied SSD Claim. Not only was I successfully represented and won the claim on appeal (retroactive), but the Firm identified a possible Worker’s Compensation Claim. I was referred to Alex Dell by a co worker several years ago in regard to a workers comp case. Alex from day one went above & beyond for me. He looked into all my past cases as well as the current case and was able to close an old knee case I was not aware was even unsettled!! He researched attorneys... to represent me in a malpractice suit for which he had no claim in. Because of this I was awarded a large settlement for that case. He has represented me ( as well as George ) in several complicated workers comp cases over several years and in the end they were able to settle all of my cases to more than my satisfaction! His office staff is always professions and courteous and they also go above and beyond !! His office was also able to get me SSD benefits in a timely manner. I was refered to them for wc. Ive been on it for 15 years. i dont see alex dell himself but its his outfit. My case is with the oneida indian nation .and nysif you thhink with nysif no longer their carrrier all the blackballing would stop and i can just get a job and try to get better.they must be... afraid of the nation too.

I'm using this firm for s s disability,I did more work then they did,I spoke to s disability myself,more than I spoke to them.The attorney I was assigned,I spoke to once,her mailbox is always full.I’ve been through 3 paralegals,this last one the worst,never returns your calls,how do you update medica...l issues,when you can’t speak to anyone.I found out not through them,s disability called me back,to say I was approved,three weeks ago.Still haven’t heard from them,after 4 calls.Completely awful.Don’t waste your time here.
