Biography
For more than two decades, I have provided representation for clients with family and matrimonial matters. My clients come from every walk and include stay at home parents, educators, service professionals, medical professionals, business owners, and corporate CEO's. They include young parents, spouses in long term marriages, domestic partners, and more. I handle their cases through a variety of platforms, including mediation, negotiation and litigation.
My practice includes all family and matrimonial law issues: the division of assets, child support, spousal maintenance, child custody and parenting time, relocation, modification petitions, interstate support, interstate custody, qualified domestic relations orders, and prenuptial agreements.
My office is committed to empowering clients to pursue what they view as the best remedies for their personal circumstances. My clients come in with questions regarding their rights and obligations, the costs and benefits of different courses of action, and their chances of prevailing in their legal disputes. I firmly believe that by providing knowledge to my clients regarding all of these issues, they will remain engaged and in charge, and enabled to directe the strategies that my office can employ to deliver the relief they seek.
