David had a very serious 8 point ticket DISMISSED. His fee is reasonable and well worth it.

Did a great job

Long Island Speeding Ticket
David's knowledge of the law and expertise mitigated the stress caused by the ticketing experience. His case follow up and communication of options kept me informed as well as educated, and when the case was won, it made the whole process worth the fight.

Excellent Job!
Mr. Kapp was able to get my very high speeding ticket, that would've resulted in a suspension of my license, down to a parking ticket. I am extremely happy with his services and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer for traffic violations.
