An unexpected blessing from God

How fortunate for my life that I had John Loturco representing me in this most difficult case. After being charged with 5 felonies and 5 misdemeanors, I interviewed several attorneys to represent me. I couldn't have picked better representation. I was facing multiple years in prison. Without John's... dedication, skill, and passion, I would certainly not be where I am today writing this review. The Best. Your search is over. Hire him right now.

When we got arrested and were charged with Felony C, everyone around us said we needed the best lawyer to get out of this mess. We went to 4 other attorneys and they all said we might get some jail and they can bring charges down to a lower Felony not misdemeanor. Then we found Mr. John Loturco. The ...calmest attorney i have ever met. I can't believe how calmly he listened to us and treated us with all his attention. He gave us respect and a very fair price for his services. Other attorneys were asking for double the fee. In the end our case was over in 4 months and best of all he was able to get one us misdemeanor, one got violation and one got charges dropped. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me and our entire family. We will remember him for the rest of our life. Thank you Mr. Lotrco.

Beyond Thankful

“You should thank your lawyer, you have a great one”, said the Judge to me. I was fortunate to receive an ACOD for multiple felony charges plus misdemeanors related to drug distribution. Prior to consulting with Mr. Loturco, many other lawyers were consulted, they all recommended a plead down approa...ch. THE BEST LAWYER! - Highly recommend

My husband was falsely accused and charged with two counts of Felony Sexual Abuse of two children. This was a horrifying nightmare as my husband was facing 50 years in jail if convicted. We were terrified and desperate and we needed the best Criminal Defense Attorney on Long Island. The first lawyer ...we went to told us our case was hopeless. The next lawyer referred us to John LoTurco based upon his long history of acquittals in these types of cases of false allegations. We are thankful to God that we found John LoTurco because he saved my husband’s life as he was acquitted after a lengthy trial in Suffolk County of all charges in October, 2019. Mr. LoTurco and his partner Aida Leisenring were highly skilled trial attorneys who worked day and night before and during the trial to make certain they were completely prepared for my husband’s defense. You can see that everyone in the courtroom highly respected Mr. LoTurco, including the judge, prosecutor and especially the jury. Both Mr. LoTurco and Ms. Leisenring’s ability to cross examine witnesses to bring out the false accusations in this case was simply remarkable. We honestly felt like they were family members standing in front of the judge and the jury fighting for us. Although this was the most traumatic, horrible experience anyone could possibly go through in their lives, once we heard the jury repeatedly state “not guilty”, we felt so blessed that we went to John LoTurco. Totally Satisfied

John Loturco is by far the most dedicated Lawyer anyone can ask for. I had never been in trouble in my entire life and quite scared to say the least- having a 3rd degree assault charge i needed someone to help me that knew the law like no other. after being arrested the first call i made was to his o...ffice, i can honestly say that yes, Mr. Loturco is stern but for good reasons, very dedicated to the case leaves no stone un-turned , always made me feel comfortable from day one. works extremely hard for you and in the end- had all my charges dropped.
