John LoTurco’s reputation to win cases and receive the best plea bargains is remarkable. He saved me from having a criminal record on serious cases. I had a felony drug case where the police pulled me over in my driveway and searched my vehicle. John LoTurco was able to obtain a violation plea on my ...behalf after establishing the lack of credibility of those police officers for lack of probable cause for stopping and searching my vehicle. I have had other criminal charges that were either dismissed or reduced to violations due to John LoTurco’s skilled negotiations tactics and connections to the District Attorney’s Office and the judges. Outstanding lawyer! Such a unexpectedly smooth process

I’m so thankful that I was recommended to John LoTurco by a close friend. I was charged with an Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a high blood alcohol level after making a foolish mistake which was completely out of character for me. I have never been arrested for anything, and I desperately ...needed an outstanding attorney. I certainly found what I needed from John LoTurco. If you need a lawyer he's the ONLY one!!!!

I can't thank John enough for what he did for me. After getting arrested for DWI I thought my life was ruined. With John's help he was able to get the conviction brought down to a violation. Fortunately, I have not had to deal with too many lawyers in my life but from here on out he will be the only ...one for me. His professionalism is second to none. He was always in touch with me every step of the way. I felt he was able to take the dark cloud that was hanging over my head away. When I share my experiences with others they say "You had a great lawyer". You ain't kidding!!!!!!!

John LoTurco was my guardian angel

I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident in Suffolk County. During the arrest the young police officer was extremely intimidating , aggressive and threatening. I was only 17 at the time and extremely concerned that I was going to have a criminal record, lose my license, go to jail or have ...probation. The occupants in the vehicle that I struck falsely claimed that they were seriously injured and filed a lawsuit when it reality it was a minor parking lot accident and I simply panicked and fled the scene. Thank god my mother knew of John LoTurco because she called him immediately, and he actually came to the arrest scene, and intervened on my behalf and convinced the officer to give me a desk appearance ticket. When we went to court it was obvious that John LoTurco was highly respected by both the Judge and the prosecutor and actually everyone in the courtroom including the court officers, clerks and other criminal defense attorneys. My criminal case was eventually dismissed completely and John LoTurco was also able to provide all necessary information to my insurance company and the false personal injury claim was also dismissed. In short, John LoTurco was my guardian angel that night and I will forever be grateful to him and the legal service he provided to me and my family.
