Hiring John lo turco

I am so thankful that my family hired John LoTurco. I was charged with Operating as a Major Drug Trafficker in Suffolk County, and when my family hired John LoTurco I was in jail on $2m bail and facing 25 years-Life incarceration and a certain lengthy upstate jail sentence. John LoTurco immediately t...old me that I was over charged based upon my limited involvement in the case, and that he could file a motion to get the Major Drug Trafficking case dismissed. Mr. LoTurco and his team of attorneys at his law firm fulfilled their promise as they filed a comprehensive motion challenging the legality of my charges and the District Attorney’s Office ended up offering me a straight probation sentence and releasing me from custody. Mr. LoTurco turned down all plea offers until the District Attorney agreed to a sentence without jail. I am so thankful that I had someone like him fighting for me on my behalf. He kept me and my family informed every step of the way during the process, and I will never forget all of his efforts on my behalf. I am deeply grateful

John LoTurco’s reputation to win cases and receive the best plea bargains is remarkable. He saved me from having a criminal record on serious cases. I had a felony drug case where the police pulled me over in my driveway and searched my vehicle. John LoTurco was able to obtain a violation plea on my ...behalf after establishing the lack of credibility of those police officers for lack of probable cause for stopping and searching my vehicle. I have had other criminal charges that were either dismissed or reduced to violations due to John LoTurco’s skilled negotiations tactics and connections to the District Attorney’s Office and the judges. I always recommend anyone who finds themselves on the wrong side of the law to use the outstanding services of John LoTurco. He has earned legendary status.

The Best of the Best

I was referred to John LoTurco by a well-known Suffolk County criminal lawyer who said John was the ideal defense attorney for my “A” Felony drug sale case. My family and I were terrified at the prospect of me serving a long upstate prison sentence, but John LoTurco immediately assured us that based... upon my age, lack of criminal background, and the entrapment tactics utilized by the undercover detective, that I had defenses and mitigation on my side. After a long battle with John LoTurco as my advocate, I miraculously received a plea with no jail and no probation, only a fine and a conditional discharge. It was clear from the beginning that whenever we were in court, that John LoTurco was highly respected by the Judge, Prosecutor, and everyone in the courthouse. Beyond Thankful

“You should thank your lawyer, you have a great one”, said the Judge to me. I was fortunate to receive an ACOD for multiple felony charges plus misdemeanors related to drug distribution. I'm writing the review because I would like others to know what an incredibly skilled, dedicated, hardworking and successful attorney John is for his clients. John represented me on a major drug trafficking charge. His skill, understanding of the law and expertise resulted in no jail time. His rese...arch and defense established a weakness of the prosecutor's case the resulted in a sentence of only probation. I also had an extremely high bail due to my drug trafficking charge and John was able to get that significantly reduced and later exonerated. In addition, due to the charges, CPS became involved in my case and John was able to assist me in reconnecting with my child. John never waivers. he works diligently on your case ( as if you were a family member), he has impeccable integrity, respect for you as his client and is extremely hard working and caring. He always responds to your calls, is honest and upfront with you regarding your situation, he's very professional and has a unique understanding of all aspects of the law and court system. He has valuable connections and an outstanding reputation which helps tremendously, in your favor, in the court room. John has been instrumental in helping me put the pieces of my life back together, so I could have the opportunity to be the mother that my child needs and the person who I'm proud to have become.
