Jonathan Charles Clarke

I had quite a few driving-related tickets and was facing potentially thousands of dollars in fines in addition to points on my license (which would have been even more expensive). I chose Jonathan because of all the reviews that said he was an effective lawyer who was also sincere and patient with hi...s clients, and the reviews were spot on. He was in constant communication with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of getting all of the tickets resolved. Lawyers are obviously extremely busy and will often try to push you off the phone or cut the conversation short because they have other things to do. I had numerous questions, mainly because I'd never gone through anything like this before, and he was incredibly patient with me. He gave me thorough, detailed answers to all of my questions, and he was extremely polite as well. As for his efficacy as a lawyer, I ended up having my fines reduced significantly and I ended up with 0 points on my license. Honestly, I didn't know lawyers like Jonathan still existed. I hope I never have to, but if I did, I would work with Jonathan again in a heartbeat.

I hired this firm to represent me In my personal injury case after I interviewed a few attorneys. The reason I went with Mr. Clarke is because I did not feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. He was also extremely intelligent and well spoken. I also liked that he did not pressure me to sig...n with his firm. He told me to take some time to look over the retainer and to sign it at my convenience. Throughout my case he was extremely compassionate and he always either took my call or called me back by the end of the day. I pleasantly surprised at how he conducted depositions because he was a warrior. I do not think I would have gotten the substantial award I got had it not been for him. He is a true lawyer. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I hired Jonathan after a cop went on a ticket rant with me. He wrote me six tickets, two of which were misdemeanors. I called a few attorneys who either over promised or charged too much. When I spoke to Jonathan he made me feel comfortable with my decision to hire him. He did not hit me with any non...sense and I felt that he was very honest. He answered all my questions on my consultation and even answered the phone on a weekend when I had a question I just couldn't get out of my mind. Jonathan will not rush you off the phone and he does not this his time is more worthy then yours. This is one of the main reasons I hired him. He is good at what he does but he does not make you feel like you are being charged by the minute. Going to court was a terrifying experience but Jonathan walked me through it. He told me what to expect at each court appearance and really made me feel at ease. What's even better is that I finally settled my case and Jonathan was able to get me a plea that even I didn't think he can get. He is very dedicated to his clients and will take the extra time to find a defense or some law that is on your side.

I hired Mr. Clarke to handle my personal injury claim. I heard horror stories about other personal injury attorneys, but I was very pleasantly suprised at how Mr. Clarke and his staff handled my case. Whenever I had a question, he would always talk to me immediately or call me back within an hour. I... was very nervous about my deposition, but Mr. Clarke helped me get through it. He is a very nice man, but he does not take any nonsense from insurance company lawyers. The claim settled soon after depositions. I was unsure with what to do with the award. I asked Mr. Clarke for a recomendandation about an attorney that could help me with my finances now that I had this award. I was unaware that Mr. Clarke was also a Trust & Estates attorney. He invited me into his office to discuss what I should do with my award to save on taxes and other concerns. The first meeting we discussed my concerns. He then designed my estate plan and went over it with my wife (who was also at the meeting) and then I came into sign it and take my copy home. With all the knowledge he imparted on me I can actually read and understand my estate plan! Mr. Clarke and his partner gave me a lot of insight. They were patient and answered every question. Everytime I asked a question they gave me a direct answer. They even used diagrams on a flat screen television to explain my estate plan. I would highly recommend this attorney and his firm. They are extremely intelligent and professional.
