Jonathan Charles Clarke

I hired this firm to represent me In my personal injury case after I interviewed a few attorneys. The reason I went with Mr. Clarke is because I did not feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. He was also extremely intelligent and well spoken. I also liked that he did not pressure me to sig...n with his firm. He told me to take some time to look over the retainer and to sign it at my convenience. Throughout my case he was extremely compassionate and he always either took my call or called me back by the end of the day. I pleasantly surprised at how he conducted depositions because he was a warrior. I do not think I would have gotten the substantial award I got had it not been for him. He is a true lawyer. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I hired Mr. Clarke to handle my personal injury claim. I heard horror stories about other personal injury attorneys, but I was very pleasantly suprised at how Mr. Clarke and his staff handled my case. He invited me into his office to discuss what I should do with my award to save on taxes and other concerns. The first meeting we discussed my concerns. He then designed my estate plan and went over it with my wife (who was also at the meeting) and then I came into sign it and take my copy home. With all the knowledge he imparted on me I can actually read and understand my estate plan! Mr. Clarke and his partner gave me a lot of insight. They were patient and answered every question. Everytime I asked a question they gave me a direct answer. They even used diagrams on a flat screen television to explain my estate plan. I would highly recommend this attorney and his firm. They are extremely intelligent and professional.

I hired Mr. Clarke last year for a traffic ticket that he was able to successfully dismiss. This lawyer knows how to fight and personalized himself with your case. This is the only lawyer I hired that made me feel like a person and not a file. Mr. Clarke was the only lawyer who explained to me the ra...mifications of having points on my license and how it would effect my job. I hired another attorney before him who got a plea I could have gotten myself. Mr. Clarke refused to accept points and took my ticket to trial and won. I hired Jonathan on a criminal matter that I had recently and he went above and beyond to keep my freedom. I was in a bad place and he was kind and answered my phone calls whenever I called him, unlike most lawyers. He was very reassuring and was able to get me through this ordeal. Jonathan got me a successful plea that I am extremely happy with. He played hardball and would not back down.

After my car accident, I consulted with a few different lawyers before going with Jonathan. He just seemed honest. He didn't seem like all the other slimy attorneys I met. I can absolutely say I made the right choice. I knew people that had similar accidents to mine, and their lawyers never talked to... them or told them what was going on and even ignored calls, but Jonathan always kept me informed of what was going on in my case and what to expect.
