Biography
Jonathan C. Clarke is a former New York State Assemblymen Candidate. He campaigned on issues of social justice and returning sanity to the criminal justice system through reforming drug laws.
Jonathan C. Clarke began his legal career in the Office of the New York State Attorney General where he litigated a major case on scaffolding law. He moved on to a position at the United States Attorney’s Office where he worked on several Federal Prosecutions of white-collar criminals who had defrauded hundreds of Long Islanders in Madoff style ponzi schemes.
Jonathan C. Clarke is a member of the New York State Trial lawyers Association and is a strong defender of the United States Constitution.
