About Francine
Biography
Creating, running and growing a business is hard work. Francine knows that truth personally. After twenty-four years in corporate life (including six years with a start-up), she pursued her lifelong dream of opening her own law firm at the end of 2015. Love Law Firm, PLLC now serves small and medium sized businesses. Francine brings her real world experience of what business leaders want to delivering high-quality, business-focused legal solutions to her clients.
Francine understands that larger companies now routinely see the benefit of having their general counsel sit at the table for important business and legal decisions regarding the direction of the company. When starting Love Law Firm, PLLC, her goal was to bring that same level of insight and service to companies that lack in-house counsel resources. Francine has focused on all aspects of law impacting business in her career. Her background includes commercial transactions, intellectual property, employment law, privacy, cyber-security, risk management, litigation management, and corporate governance and formation.
The proud daughter of a decorated Naval officer and a schoolteacher, Francine is happy to have called New York her home for over twenty-five years. She lives with her family in Nassau County, happily raising two amazing children with her spouse, and doting on several rescue animals. When she's not focused on her clients, she can be found enjoying all that Long Island has to offer.
Francine graduated cum laude from Smith College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Ethics. She received her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
