Brenda has been a solo practitioner for over twenty-one years. She enjoys the freedom as a solo practitioner to focus on the areas of law that she enjoys. Elder law, in particular, is very rewarding as she can assist her clients in times of crisis. More importantly, with advance planning, she can take comfort in knowing certain crises will be avoided.
Proper estate planning will also protect her client's assets. The estate tax laws change often, so it is important to review existing estate plans. When a client calls Brenda's office asking for a Last Will and Testament to be drafted, Brenda always educates her clients on the importance of advance directives; namely a power of attorney, health care proxy and living will.
When a client calls Brenda's office, he or she will speak only with Brenda, and will have the assurance that Brenda will handle their matter from beginning to end in a professional, caring and efficient manner.
