Rona L. Gura

I consulted with Ms. Gura with a complex series of questions about separation, liability for a spouse and custody. She was thorough, helpful, sympathetic and most important, correct. I am a partner at a large law firm practicing corporate litigation who from time to time has client's ask-- who would you recommend for my divorce, custody or family law matter? Well over the years I have recommended many attorneys but the one that my client's keep telling me about over and over ag...ain is Rona Gura. She is caring and understanding with an eye towards efficient results. Whether it is at the negotiating table or in the courtroom, the respect bestowed on her by her fellow attorneys and the judges before whom she practices is clear. The devotion to her clients admirable. But the one thing that stands out is the loyalty of her clients. Fighting in the trenches will do that to people. If you want someone who other attorneys think well enough to refer their best clients too-- then you want Rona Gura.

Having seen one to many friends go thru the process with incompetent attorneys, it was great to go thru the process with Rona. I may not have loved all the medicine, but I certainly understood that it was good for me, in the end. She actually listened to what I wanted, and kept that front of mind, ...throughout the whole process. She also telegraphed what my ex's blowhard attorney's next moves were going to be and we were ready for them!!! I have recommended 3 people to Ron in the last 10 months. Two are happily her clients now, and the other wished she had gone with her (since the attorney she went with never calls her back!). Rona is a true find. I can't thank her enough!

I retained Ms. Gura and her firm for my child custody proceeding and they got me sole custody of my kids. They got me everything I needed in an efficient way. She and her partner explained to me everything that was occurring every step of the way. Her fees were fair and my ex and I are in a much bett...er place because I listened to her expert advice. I have seen the review posted by the previous poster on other websites. Clearly, he knows how to cut and paste as he is continually posting the exact same trash on other websites. .But, just as clearly, he does not know how to pay for the services he is provided. Since, as the poster admitted, Ms. Gura sued him for her fees and won then a judge must have decided that the fees were well earned. He mentions that he's an educator, I wonder whether he would continue teaching if he was not be paid for his services. Definitely hire Ms. Gura and her firm. I am so happy did.
