Rona offered a free consult for my complex custody case (non-custodial dad is in another state and I am in NY with our daughter). Though probably all custody and visitation motions are stressful, this was particularly delicate because of the non-custodial dad's prior record with drugs and alcohol, D...V and emotional abuse. Rona guided me through how to move the case's jurisdiction here to NY and how to file motions and do whatever leg work I could on my own to save time and money. This is a case that was on-going since my daughter was born 10 years prior, so you can imagine the exhaustion, frustration and depletion of resources I have endured. Rona sincerely worked for my daughter's best outcome and mine. I think the latter characteristic makes all the difference in her empathy and approach. More attorneys should emulate the same behavior.
