Rona L. Gura

I trusted Rona Gura to handle my contentious divorce. It was a mistake trusting Rona, and now I have to live forever with this error in judgment. Rona faced an aggressive and nasty attorney, and rather than fighting hard for me, Rona spent much of her billable time trying to convince me to go along w...ith my ex's unreasonable demands. I gave away so many things that other divorce lawyers would never give away. Incredibly, Rona made a deal that has me paying about twice as much monthly child support as any family court judge would have imposed. Now I have to live with the mistake of trusting her at the lowest point in my life. She really hurt my cause, and my relationship with my child suffers today as a result of her convincing me to sign a really bad agreement. About a year after posting this review, Avvo alerted me that Rona disputed it and had it removed. What was she disputing? I'm allowed to have my view of what happened. I also noticed that Rona had other negative reviews removed too. I believe that censoring off bad reviews is deceptive and wrong.

I was referred to Rona by other lawyers and thank goodness I found her. I hired her for both my child support and custody/visitation issues. I would not have made it through this rough time without her as my lawyer, her knowledge and assistance was priceless in my situation. Rona is extremely thorou...gh and prepares you for the court hearings. The court system takes longer in some cases/hearings but Rona is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
