Michael Adam Arbeit

Mike is one of the best lawyers around. This guy is a professional and you can see immediately after explaining your case and meeting him in person that he truly cares about what you are going through. I recommend him to other family members of mine and before I told them about Mr.Arbeit they all sai...d "we love this guy. He is a genuinely good and honest person". I couldn't agree more. I have never written an online review before, but the recent experience I had with Mike Arbeit compels me to share my thoughts on him as an individual and as an attorney. Mike represented my younger brother on a DUI matter, which occurred in late November 2014. He represented him very effectively... and my brother was extremely pleased with Mike's work and very comfortable with Mike on a personal level. Mike was highly recommended to my brother and from the beginning he believed he had the right man. Mike made him feel like he really mattered to him. Sadly, in early December, just a few weeks after he met Mike and while his case was still pending, my brother passed away unexpectedly. I had to inform Mike, a man I had never met or spoken with, that my brother had passed away. As one could imagine, Mike was completely shocked and clearly saddened and upset. It was at this point, when dealing with a pretty devastated family that really Mike shined. His support on both a personal and professional level was beyond what we could have ever imagined. He not only attended services for my brother to personally express his condolences to myself and my family, people he had never met, he continued to work on successfully resolving my brother's case even after we had lost him. There are no words to describe how important Mike's support and continued perseverance on my brother's behalf were to my grieving mother. He did all of those acts voluntarily and on his own initiative. He also did this for no pay. He absolutely refused to accept any payment for the remaining balance of his fee. He stayed in touch with us on a daily basis and was able to get my brother's case completely resolved and his automobile returned to my mother. It has been a few weeks since I have spoken with Mike, but I think about him often and I can honestly say I will never forget him. I have tried to find the right words to express our high regard for Mike Arbeit. I hope that my story and experience with Mike will help those of you in need of outstanding legal services from an exceptional individual to make to make the right choice for you.

I first met Michael Arbeit in 2003 when I was looking for council about a D.W.I charge. I was nervous, the last thing anyone needs after being arrested is to be over charged for a lawyer that does very little more then a public defender. My sister recommended Michael to me and said he did an excellen...t job with her similar charges. From the first meeting I had with Michael Arbeit I felt relieved, he was knowledgeable of the courts and the process I was going to have to go threw, but most of all he cared about how I was feeling and made sure I left that meeting informed and much more relaxed. Michael fought hard for me and thanks to him I just had to complete a 6 month out patient program and pay a small fine. I knew from then on I would recommend Michael to anyone I knew that needed legal council. More recently in 2012 I got myself in trouble again with much more serious felony possession charges and had to call on him again. I thought for sure this time I would be doing time but Michael not only kept me out of jail so I could be there for the birth of my daughter but got me into a program that helped me change my life and eventually get the charges dropped completely. Thanks to Michael's advice I don't have a felony record and my daughter has a sober daddy. I am forever grateful to Michael Arbeit and highly recommend him
