I was referred to both Harvey and Steve Fox back in 2012 when I purchased my first condo in NYC. Since then, I've reached out to them on several occasions throughout the years for legal advice on landlord/tenant issues and retained them for multiple transactions. My most recent experience with them o...ver the past 8 months culminated this past Friday for the closing of that same first condo purchase back in '12. Harvey and team worked above and beyond to expertly handle what seemed to be an impossible situation.. making what could have been a stressful nightmare into a very smooth and successful outcome. I am beyond grateful for his consistent work overtime, even post-closing, to ensure I am being taken care of. They are highly responsive, competent, transparent, and reliable. I could not have gotten through any of it without them.

Harvey & Steve did an amazing job with our closing. They were incredibly thorough in reviewing our contract & closing documents. They pushed back on the seller in all the appropriate places.
