Harvey Fox has handled three transactions for me, a purchase, a sale and the exit of deadbeat renter He and his team were totally focused on bring those transactions to successful closings. Harvey diplomatically finessed the termination of the renter on terms beneficial to us, With the sale ...there were complications with wetlands that we could not have successfully navigated were if not for Harvey's knowledge, experience, and negotiating skills. The Best!

Mr. Fox was great. We hired him to help with selling our coop and purchasing a new home. The process took forever because of some bank issues but Harvey went above and beyond to help and explain anything we didn’t understand. Highly recommend Mr. Fox. Very professional.
