I hired James to represent me for the closing on my co-op apartment after being referred to him by a friend. He was very knowledgeable of all of the procedures and documents that we had to go thro...ugh and had a good repore both with myself and the other party's attorney. Overall he made the entire closing process as smooth and painless as possible. James was so helpful with my closing process that I also retained him to assist me with a dispute that I had with my co-op board. He worked diligently with myself and the board's attorney to come up with a viable solution that was acceptable to all parties. His representation prevented me from being subject to thousands of dollars in potential fines. Overall I would definitely recommend James for his professional demeanor, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of the law. I will definitely be retaining him for any future legal issues I may have.

James handled the sale and buy of my homes. Not only is he a great trustworthy attorney, but a genuine person as well.
