I used James for a rather complicated house closing that required James to work with another lawyer and my accountant. He was on top of every issue. He was very responsive, returning calls and emails very quickly. James was always looking out for my best interest even when it would mean extra work... for him. I had hired James for two closings on coops. James was extremely friendly and sat down with both me and boyfriend. He got to know us personally and we were able to form a friendly relationship. He explained every detail of the way making us feel comfortable. On the coop which I was selling, James... went above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to close on it after encountering problems on the buyer's end. James also helped me close on another coop in which I currently live. During the closing, he was very personable and you could tell he had a great relationship with the coop attorney. He also followed up with us later on to ensure everything worked out!

I hired James to represent me for the closing on my co-op apartment after being referred to him by a friend. He was extremely professional and went over all of the details with me prior to and during the process. Overall he made the entire closing process as smooth and painless as possible. James was so helpful with my closing process that I also retained him to assist me with a dispute that I had with my co-op board.
