I hired James Franzetti for a RE contract and closing.As I met him in his office at the same moment the contract was sent to the opposing attorney. This attorney is the most competent and efficient there exists in the 5 boroughs. Most attorneys will send a contract out the next day ,next week or wh...en they get to it. Mr Franzetti gets the job done yesterday. I happen to be a very demanding individual and Mr Franzetti fulfilled my need to the most. James is a FANTASTIC attorney. What makes a great attorney great? Someone who is reachable and communicative, someone who is dependable, someone who handles things with your interest in mind, and ultimately, someone who gets the job done. James was all of those things and more. Dealing with him yield...ed the smoothest closing I've ever had... it was literally 1.5 hours in and out.
