James Franzetti was the ultimate professional. When I first reached out to Mr. Franzetti's office, I was distraught with a company that wasn't careful conducting business. The experience of falling in the Hudson River while on a sailboat run by an amateur was quite traumatic. I will never forget swim...ming to safety in the strong current, worried for my life. Also, my purse, which held my my 6 month old phone, fell in with me. Once I returned to shore I was left with a broken phone and a horrible first-time sailing experience. James Franzetti is quite simply THE BEST! James helped my father and I handle 3 closings within 3 weeks.
