I hired James to close on a sell of a NYC co-op apt and a house purchase in Long Island. He was great as both a seller and buyer attorney. He carefully vetted thru all docs to ensure the house we purchased did not have any illegal structures all permits are accounted for. Very knowledgable, professi...onal and responsive. He is also very approachable and explains every step of the way in a non-attorney language. I highly recommend him.

I can not say enough great things about James. I can simply say I used him twice times with in three-four months.
