James Franzetti's services were a much needed beneficence to me and my family in a time when incompetence was all too common and need was dire. In the sale of our house and purchase of a new property, he was the only person that could be trusted to handle litigation, counsel, and finance disburseme...nt regarding our real estate process. He showed us propeties when we were searching for a new residence when the real estate agent all but abandoned us; he wasn't paid to do that and we didn't ask him to, but he did it nonetheless. He took responsibility for our welfare with a sense of duty and autonomy that was more than could be expected or asked. He cares for more than just the check he receives at the end, and that's a rare and invaluable quality. The least I can do is speak well of him. The process of securing a new property and selling an old one was likely one of the most stressful ones in my life, but it was nice to know that an unexpected benefit from the ordeal was attaining the acquaintance and services of someone so competent and equally amicable. Considering his competition, he should charge more. I will most definitely be requesting his services for any and all legal help in the future.
