excellent laywer

Great lawyer and team. He is always knowledgeable and responsive. He analyzed my case in all scenarios. And see what we can do and what cannot do for each situation. He answered all my questions and concerns very professionally. Definitely recommend David Kim!

A Powerful Attorney can Overturn a Final Decision of USCIS

Because my former attorney's ineffective practices, USCIS had finally rejected my son's green card application some years ago. Since then, many people and other lawyers said that there is no way to do anything regarding my son's case and my family gradually became hopeless. I met Mr. David K.S. Kim ...last year, and he proposed the most effective and heartfelt approaches to my son's case, even though it had been years. My wife and I regained hope for the first time after we had received the rejection letter from the USCIS. Mr. David K.S. Kim not only powerfully argued why USCIS has to overturn their decision with similar precedents but also tried to persuade the officers with heartfelt, humanistic approaches. After all, my son received his green card several months ago. It was truly a miracle and life-saving outcome I had hardly imagined in the past.

A real genius lawyer!

I cannot thank Mr. David Kim enough for performing a real miracle on my case. I had lost all hopes since my legal status in the US was terminated due to the malpractice of my former lawyer and my case had become technically impossible to solve. Mr. Kim was able to see through the tiniest cracks, ...resuscitated my hopeless case and was somehow able to organize/present my case in the most ingenious way. I thought I was dreaming when I received an approval from USCIS in less than 3 weeks!! Crossing paths with Mr. David Kim and trusting my case on him has been a life changing experience for me for which I will always be grateful. May he continue his amazing work in bringing back the hope to people like me.

Highly recommended

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Kim and his staff. Mr. Kim is a rare combination of excellence and compassion. He is very thorough, responsive and helpful, and truly cares about his clients. My family-based case should have been straight forward, but previous offices/attorneys had dropped the bal...l. After my case had been denied and I had lost hope, Mr. Kim reopened the case and I finally got my green card. I am truly grateful to Mr. Kim and would highly recommend him.

Attorney David K. S. Kim delivers beyond expected Excellent Results.

I was going through one of the most stressful times in my life. I was very fortunate to find Attorney Kim through a family friend. I was in the process of getting deported and Attorney Kim filed an application for cancellation. He made sure I had all the necessary paperwork and is very thorough. I wa...s scared and having an Attorney I can trust made everything so much easier to deal with. The results were a success and knowing that I had an Attorney who is beyond competent gave me much peace of mind. Attorney Kim is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, he's very mindful of his client's different personalities and limitations and works to do the utmost to represent his client (me) to the best of his abilities. He's also understanding of the stressful and trying times that I was going thru and was accommodating to my and my family's needs. He takes his work very seriously and at the same time exercises kindness. He's honest and I felt very safe in his hands one can say. He has a team of associates who show genuine kindness and graciousness. My family is very satisfied w/ his work and the good outcome. We can sleep better now. My experience with Attorney David K. S. Kim and his team was very refreshing and I only have good memories and good things to say. I would like to mention again that the results were a definitive success. I would recommend him to everyone.
