He saved my entire family from getting deported!!!

It was the lowest point of my family's life, and we were hopeless when we met attorney David Kim. My family had a very complicated immigration history, and all of us were about to be deported in a deportation process. At that time, no attorney wanted to represent us because of the complexity of my f...amily's case, and I remember all of us literally calling and visiting all and any immigration attorneys in nyc area that we could find because we were so desperate. Finally, we met attorney David Kim who agreed to take our case, and from day 1, he was extremely compassionate and through. He really understood the dire situation that we were in, and most importantly, he was able to get all of us out of the deportation process and best of all, get us green cards!!! Without him, my family would have been deported, and we probably would have lived in poverty in our native country. He saved my family's life and my kids' future which was the reason why we came to the US in the first place. My family almost lost our american dream, but attorney David Kim helped us see it come true. I am retired now, and my kids are all successful - both doctors. I am forever thankful and grateful that attorney David Kim took our case.

Highly recommended

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Kim and his staff. Mr. Kim is a rare combination of excellence and compassion. He is very thorough, responsive and helpful, and truly cares about his clients. My family-based case should have been straight forward, but previous offices/attorneys had dropped the bal...l. After my case had been denied and I had lost hope, Mr. Kim reopened the case and I finally got my green card. I am truly grateful to Mr. Kim and would highly recommend him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
