You want Judy by your side in any real estate transaction. We recently closed on a house with a particularly difficult seller, but Judy went toe-to-toe with the seller's attorney to ensure that even in today's seller's market we got all the contractual protections we needed. Her experience allowed ...her to see two steps ahead and build-in added layers of protection in the contracting stage. When our loan was held-up in underwriters' limbo she worked back channels to ensure we could close on time. And when the sellers repeatedly asked, post-contracting, to stay in the house after closing, Judy politely, but firmly declined their many requests. She is not only experienced, but she is also very available. She even met us at 7pm so we could sign the contract. Furthermore, every step of the way she explained what she was doing, why she was doing it and asked if we had any questions. Judy will always be my first call when we are dealing with real estate in NY.
