If anyone ever tell you that going through a real estate transaction can be quite daunting, they re right absolutely right. Especially for a Coop transaction. But the fact is, it doesn't have to be if you have a good team helping you navigate through the process. And Judy S Mock does not disappoint. ...I will tell you this isn't my first rodeo dealing with a coop. I when into this transaction expecting headaches and stress knowing that there will be numbers of unforseen issue that I will be dealing with when I sell my unit.
