We worked with Judy as we went through the process of buying our new house. She was very detail oriented and always pointed out any information that we should pay attention to or make sure we are in the best possible position. This was also our first time dealing with some of the house buying process...es and she was very patient with us and made sure that we understood every aspect of it. She also took time to jump on call with us anytime we had questions and gave us detailed breakdowns of everything at every step of the way. She was really great at communication, whenever we reached out to her, she would reply back the same day if not within the same hour. She also thoroughly reviewed every document and actually caught couple of mistakes (that the bank missed!) and also fought for revisions when some terms did not look in our favor. I purchased a new construction condo and consider myself very lucky to have had Judy as my attorney for it. She was there from the beginning to thoroughly review my agreement and explain every question that I had. She helped negotiate a contingency with the seller and ensured clauses were included in... the addendum that helped to protect me. Judy is through, organized and a no-nonsense type person – which is exactly what you need with a new construction purchase – it is not for the faint of heart! Judy won’t sugar coat things to make you feel better, that is not why you hired a lawyer to look out for you. She states facts and tells you the truth – and now that my closing is finished, I can honestly say she was right about everything. She personally triple checks all documents – she caught multiple mistakes that other’s did not see. Judy went above and beyond in my opinion – she was relentless - she will fight for you! I highly recommend her for your real estate purchase.

Judy is AMAZING!! Throughout the entire process of closing on our (first) new home, she was responsive, professional, and great at explaining the home-buying process and next steps.
