I had pleasure to work with Judy on my first apartment purchase in NYC (coop on UES). She was thoughtful, dedicated, and professional in her work. Judy's no-nonsense, to-the-point attitude was something I especially appreciated, as having lawyer that is able to get to the point is sometimes difficult.... Judy was also very knowledgeable about the process and explained it to me in detail, while being there at every step when I needed her help. One last thing to note, and that should speak volumes of her efficiency and focus - the whole coop purchasing process took 2.5 months from contract-out to closing.
