She was very thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented, which I appreciated. Not having gone through the process of estate planning before, she explained ev...erything thoroughly and answered all of my questions in the initial one-hour phone consultation. Then on the day of executing the documents, she again spent time explaining all the documents. She also discussed my next steps (especially with regards to the revocable living trust, which requires opening a new bank account among other things). I had come to the meeting with a list of questions prepared, but she answered all of them without me having to ask them! Overall, very competent, friendly, and a great communicator.
