Judy is a one of the best attorneys out there. She was able to provide us a full process overview as we were first time buyers. She helped us understand what the most common pitfalls are and how to avoid them. She was very thorough on our case and didn’t miss any details. We had almost gone into cont...ract on a newly renovated house that was full of red flags if it wasn’t for Judy. She had done some research on the house and it turned out to be missing key permits that were necessary for the renovation. We would have been in a tough position if we had purchased that house. A few months later, after countless open houses, we had found our future home and called Judy right away to get the ball rolling. There were difficulties with closing the house as the seller had title issues. We were worried that our rate lock would expire and end up having to pay a higher rate. But thanks to Judy and her persistence, she was able to work with the seller’s attorney to get the issue resolved before the rate lock had expired. She was even available while on her vacation to answer any urgent emails. At closing, she kept all parties organized and ensured a timely meeting. After closing, Judy had kept our case open as she wanted to ensure title was cleared on our property so we don’t have any title issues if we ever decide to sell our home in the future. Judy is someone you can count on to get things done and someone that you can trust to tell you the truth.
