She's very personable and friendly but also takes care of business. We had a few correspondences and then one hour ...long phone call which was thorough and informative. She got our documents back to us right when she said she would, and we were able to schedule for signing the following week. Meeting her in person was great. She made what could be a very arduous process very simple and straightforward, and I also feel confident that everything was done correctly.
