Charles Angelo Petitto

Charles is horrible. He is only aggressive in getting his money. He will make you pay in full and then nothing gets done. He started paperwork for my case 6 months after I paid him , and he dragged it for another year and end up not putting up a fight. We end up losing our case because he didnt do hi...s job. He will not return calls and text about your case. BEWARE!

This Lawyer does not keep you up to date with your case. If you call him he never answers his phone. If you leave a message he may or may not text you back. It took us a year to evict a tenant who was not paying. Petitto didn't file the paperwork for months after we paid him. When he finally did, he ...made mistakes and the eviction was rejected by the courts. This happened twice, which delayed the eviction for months each time. He forgot simple things like the dates and the house registration number. The worst part is that he didn't inform of us of this. We found out by calling the marshal who ended up keeping us informed because we could never get ahold of Petitto. When we confronted him about the mistakes he made he was extremely rude. This man is unreliable and will waste your time and money.

My husband and I went to Mr. Petitto to prepare our wills and other estate planning documents and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Not only were his rates reasonable, he made sure we understand all our options regarding estate planning and reccomended the best options for our situati...on. Any time me or my husband would call with a concern or question, we would receive a call back in a reasonable amount of time. Mr. Petittto is extremely professional and at all times treated us with the utmost respect. His dedication to his job was evident from the get go. We highly reccomend Mr. Petitto to everyone.
