My brother and I had a very disgruntled tenant who had a personal vendetta against me and my family. I hired Mr.Petitto and nothing but the best results had came out of this case. Mr. Petitto has handled quite a number of holdover proceedings for me. The cases generally go smoothly - some ending with inquest, but most ending with signed stipulations. Some of the context for some of the cases weren't simple. But any time I needed advice or clarification as to the proper proc...edure or just to understand both my rights as well as the people I'm taking to court, he was usually just a txt msg away. In the event that a situation couldn't be explained via txt, I'd call him or he'd call me and we'd discuss it until I understood.
