Mr. Petitto has handled quite a number of holdover proceedings for me. The cases generally go smoothly - some ending with inquest, but most ending with signed stipulations. Some of the context for some of the cases weren't simple. But any time I needed advice or clarification as to the proper proc...edure or just to understand both my rights as well as the people I'm taking to court, he was usually just a txt msg away. In the event that a situation couldn't be explained via txt, I'd call him or he'd call me and we'd discuss it until I understood. Contrary to some of my experiences with other attorneys, I never had a problem with his returning my calls. I find that Mr. Petitto takes his job seriously and approaches his work as though he has a personal stake in the outcome. Sometimes I'll even find that Mr. Petitto's working on my case and providing updates even after he's left the office for the day - even sometimes on the weekend. To me, that shows dedication.
