I have known Mr. Deignan for 4 plus years, and I cannot recommend Mr. Edward Deignan and his firm highly enough. I called attorney Ted Diegnan for help with my very unreasonable landlord who was threatening to not allow me to move out of the building because my lease wasn't up, they actually said they would not allow me to use the elevator and would deny my movers entry. Ted was very responsive and immediately... helped me by getting in contact w/my landlord and getting their attorney to respond and come to a reasonable agreement. I called in desperation on a Friday afternoon with my move scheduled for Monday morning, Ted worked through the weekend for me negotiating with my landlord we came to an agreement on Sunday and I was able to move out Monday morning. Ted was great and charged me a reasonable fee as well, highly recommend.
