Edward is a wonderful attorney!

Edward is extremely professional. I needed help with a case with my landlady and I called multiple attorneys, and only he answered quickly and found time for an in-person meeting right the next day. He reviewed the documents, offered very fair price and got to work on the case immediately. Additional...ly, Teddy (that’s how he prefers to be called) is a very kind, polite, understanding and empathetic person. Thank you Teddy!

Very helpful and compassionate

On my very first call, Teddy spent significant time with me, listened intently to my problem, and gave me good advice. He was extremely helpful.

Teddy is highly effective.

Teddy keenly identified the legal merits of my reasons to pursue a dispute with a landlord and his associate and quickly countersued on my behalf; pinpointing issues that were not part of my initial complaints. His fluency representing both sides of the coin in his practice proved effective in reachi...ng a settlement in my favor which saved me tens of thousands of dollars; monies I was being threatened to pay despite the landlord’s years of neglect and mistreatment. Teddy was generous in his representation relative to the cost of his services and I will recommend him to anyone with any sort of landlord-tenant dispute here in NYC. Thank you for your work, Teddy.

Great, Responsive Tenant Lawyer!

My daughter desperately needed some help from a tenant lawyer when she was forced to evacuate with just a coat at 6:00 am one cold December 2020 morning due to a 6 alarm fire in the buildings next door. She and her roommate couldn’t get back in and the Managing Agent was of no help. I called Edward a...nd left a message, and he called me back right away. None of the other 3 lawyers I called even took the time to respond. I briefly explained the situation and he was very sympathetic. He then followed up with my daughter and said he could write a letter and interface with the Management Firm all for a reasonable amount. My daughter and her roommate were relieved to not have to communicate with the Agent as he was becoming increasingly caustic. They were out of the building for about 6 weeks and Edward was able to negotiate the apartment cleaning, a reduced rent (they still don’t have a working stove due to a gas issue) and a microwave. They never would have achieved this on their own and are very pleased with the results! Thanks Edward for all the help and being a calming, responsive, knowledgeable influence!

Excellent attorney in Brooklyn

Edward is an outstanding attorney. He helped to resolve my issues with landlord on repairs in my apartment. I would recommend this attorney because of his dedication to the client and knowledge of law. His desire to help. He always promptly responded to my questions.
