Edward was recommended to me by a close friend. My landlord refused to return my security deposit even though the apartment was left in perfect condition. I met Ted Deignan 10 years ago, as a neighbor. Soon after that, I began having trouble with my landlord and the new commercial business in the building, directly below me. The business was abusing the space with loud music and customers, partying every night as well as violating residents privacy an...d building areas. They had removed the ceiling and insulation in the space, leaving no sound protection between my bedroom/bathroom area, leading me to be able to hear them clearly. Both my landlord and the tenant were unwilling to do anything to fix the situation, and both sets began harassing me in several ways. I called attorney Ted Diegnan for help with my very unreasonable landlord who was threatening to not allow me to move out of the building because my lease wasn't up, they actually said they would not allow me to use the elevator and would deny my movers entry. I called in desperation on a Friday afternoon with my move scheduled for Monday morning, Ted worked through the weekend for me negotiating with my landlord we came to an agreement on Sunday and I was able to move out Monday morning.
