I spoke to Teddy briefly about a situation I was in with a former roommate and the landlord. He listened to everything I had to say and helped me figure out what legal actions I could take against my former roommate. His consultation was concise, and he explained the process of filing a response very well over the phone, so ...that I did not feel lost when I went to the courthouse later. One area for improvement would be in the some of the back office aspects of Mr. Deignan's practice, as some of the paperwork required such as billing invoices could use some improvement.
